Insights Collection
Design thinking is a user-centered approach to solving problems, which involves iterative discovery, definition, ideation, prototyping and testing to develop innovative and effective solutions. The aim is to deeply understand user needs, generate creative ideas and test them quickly to find the best possible solution. This process was essential for me to arrive at the final result: the “Bookers” website. See which methods were used at each stage.
